Roofs, which are level or slightly pitched, are called low-slope roofs. A roof should not be dead straight or flat. It must have some slope to drain the water. So a good contractor must keep in mind that a roof must be pitched so that water can find its way to drain and never impound on the roof. If a roof is flat, then this kind of leakage problems will arise all the time.
