However, the repair of slate roof is concerned. It is far difficult and needs quite a lot of technique. Slate can easily crack down, if you step on it. Sometimes, it becomes difficult to repair it, if repairs are needed. So, make sure, while accessing for the replacements, to start with a single shingle instead of removing the wholesome. Then put the nail ripper underneath the damage shingle and pull it up just enough to get the space for the removal of damaged slate. After that, take out the damaged slate and replace it or slide the new one by using a hammer or a punch if needed.
